Resurrection Fighting Alliance (RFA) announced a pair of title tilts will headline their June 21 event. “RFA 8: Pettis vs. Curran” takes place inside The Rave/Eagles Club Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Sergio Pettis, younger brother of UFC superstar Anthony Pettis, battles veteran Jeff Curran to become the promotion’s inaugural flyweight champion in the show’s featured attraction.
RFA featherweight champ Jared Downing puts his strap up for grabs against Lance Palmer in the co-main event.
“With two title fights at RFA 8, we are aggressively moving forward with our goal to build RFA as a developmental organization for fighters who want to be in the UFC,” said RFA president Ed Soares. “We are excited to bring RFA to Milwaukee and honored to work with AXS TV to present our fights on live national television across the U.S.”
Keoni Koch vs. Chinzo Machida, Mike Rhodes vs. Ben Smith and Dan Moret vs. Jose Pacheco round out the main card.
